Overview & Objectives:

Please note this is a very intensive five-day course covering ten days of training in 5 (as such) the hours for this CCNA Bootcamp are generally 9.00am to 7.00pm.

This five-day instructor-led CCNA Bootcamp is a combination of the ICND1 and ICND2 training courses, presenting important networking fundamentals using the Open Systems Interconnect (OSI) seven layer model concepts.

The course focuses on using Catalyst switches and routers connected in local-area networks (LANs) and wide-area networks (WANs) typically found at small to medium network sites. Upon completion of this training course, students will be able to select, connect, configure, and troubleshoot the various Cisco networking devices.

This course also provides students with a practical understanding of the operation of modern TCP/IP networks built with Cisco hardware. This course will also provide students with the skills and knowledge required to successfully install, operate, and troubleshoot a small to medium size enterprise branch network.

Skills Gained:

 

• After completing this CCNA Bootcamp participants wishing to gain their (CCNA) Cisco Certified Network Associate certification can sit the one comprehensive Cisco CCNA exam (640-802) covering exam topics from both ICND1 and ICND2.

• Participants who have completed the ICND1 course need to sit the individual ICND1 exam (640-822) to gain their (CCENT) Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician certification before sitting the ICND2 exam (640-816) to gain their (CCNA) certification.

• Participants who have completed the ICND2 course need to sit the ICND2 exam (640-816) to gain their (CCNA) certification.
