Six Sigma is recognised as the 'Global Best Practice' approach to process management and improvement. To find out how you can improve processes, minimise reproduction, decrease costs and establish continual profit growth, download the Six Sigma brochure here.
The Key components of Modules One and Two of the Green Belt program are reviewed in the introduction to Six Sigma Black Belt. This incorporates an overview of Six Sigma and the Define and Measure phase of the DMAIC framework and also covers essential tools and techniques associated with the Analyse, improve and Control stages of DMAIC.
