TUC - Troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Systems (TUC)

This five-day instructor-led Troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Systems (TUC) course equips network professionals with the knowledge and skills required to troubleshoot Unified Communications Systems / solutions in Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Commercial deployments.

TUC teaches troubleshooting methodology, triage, resources, tools and fixes at the integrated System / Solution level, and for components (such as Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco Unity, videoconferencing, and infrastructure).

After completing this course participants can register to sit the (TUC) 642-426 exam.

• Services, Resources and Tools for Troubleshooting

The target audience for this course is IT professiona's who will troubleshoot Unified Communications Systems / Solutions and components / products by identifying and isolating problems, recommending solutions, and implementing fixes.

Before attending this course, students must be:

• A Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Completed Cisco course (QoS)
