This five-day instructor-led course provides students with the necessary knowledge and skills to use CallManager’s advanced features and options.
These features include point-to-point video calls for appropriate video enabled endpoints as well as video conferencing, CallManager Attendant Console, IP Softphone and extension Mobility, security features for hardening of applications and hardware for VoIP, and command-line tools and monitoring devices provided for troubleshooting voice and data networks.
After completing this course participants can register to sit the (CIPT2) 642-456 exam.
After completing this course, the student should be able to configure CallManager to support video calls and conferencing. Students should also be able to configure applications to extend the capabilities of CallManager. Lastly, they are expected to be able to secure an IP Communications network and manage IP Communications solutions with internal server tools.
