This five-day instructor-led course designed to help network professionals improve the skills and knowledge that they need to maintain their network and to diagnose and resolve network problems quickly and effectively.
Students will learn to monitor and maintain complex, enterprise routed and switched IP networks. Skills include the planning and execution of regular network maintenance, as well as support and troubleshooting using technology-based processes and best practices, in a systematic and ITIL-compliant approach.
This course is a component of the CCNP curriculum and extensive labs emphasise hands-on learning and practice to reinforce troubleshooting techniques.
After completing this course participants can register to sit the (TSHOOT) 642-832 exam.

CCNA certification, ROUTE and SWITCH attendance or familiarity with internetworking technologies and the ability to perform basic configuration of Cisco routers, including practical experience installing, operating, and maintaining Cisco routers and switches in an enterprise environment.
